With strong expertise in facilitation, feminist leadership, organizational development, and documentation, Bishnu has authored numerous articles on women’s rights, gender-based violence, migration, peace, and political participation. Recognized by ARROW in 2018 as one of the “100 Women to Mark 100 Years of Women’s Resistance,” she continues to champion community-led change, contribute to feminist knowledge building, and guide LOOM’s strategic direction with clarity and commitment.
